Terms of Service

Syruby (“Syruby”, “we”, “us”) is a trading name of Ofek Taganya, an individual operating in Israel. When you use Syruby you are entering into an agreement with Ofek Taganya. By creating an account or continuing to use Syruby you agree to these terms. If you use Syruby on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

Syruby is a subscription web application for organising life areas (Areas), goals, milestones, tasks and schedules. Depending on your plan, it includes the Sy and Ruby AI assistants that help you plan and review your work. Access is granted for the plan you select, for personal or internal business use, and is non-exclusive and non-transferable.

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax and invoicing are handled by Paddle under Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be calculated and added at checkout where required.

Syruby is offered as Base, Pro and Max subscriptions, each billed monthly or annually. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period, at the price for your plan at that time, until you cancel. Upgrades take effect immediately with the difference charged; downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid period.

New accounts can start a 7-day free trial. No payment method is required to start the trial, and you will not be charged unless you add a payment method. To continue using paid access after the trial, you must choose or continue a paid subscription and provide the required payment method. Once you are subscribed, your selected monthly or annual subscription renews automatically until cancelled. If no payment method is added, paid access ends when the trial ends. One trial is available per account. Trial features may be more limited than a paid plan, as described on our plans page.

You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and there are no cancellation fees. Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately and deletes your workspace and account data from Syruby. Limited records may be retained where necessary for billing, tax, security, legal, or operational purposes, and Paddle retains its own transaction records in accordance with its obligations. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Plans, schedules, reviews and assistant replies are generated by AI and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review outputs before acting on them. Syruby is not medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice, and scheduled time is never a guarantee of an outcome.

You are responsible for what you submit, how you use outputs, and having the rights to the content you submit. You must not use Syruby to generate or distribute unlawful content, hateful content, deceptive impersonations, malware, or attempts to bypass safety or usage limits. We may filter, restrict or remove content and outputs, and suspend accounts for repeated or serious misuse. Rights-holders may contact us at support@syruby.com to request removal of infringing content; repeated infringement may lead to account termination.

Do not use Syruby unlawfully or fraudulently; do not send spam; do not infringe intellectual property; do not probe, scrape, overload or interfere with the service or its security; do not reverse engineer, resell or circumvent technical limits, including usage allowances.

Your goals, tasks, notes and calendar data remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the service, including sending relevant content to our AI provider to produce the results you request.

Syruby, its software, design, brand, characters (Sy and Ruby) and documentation remain our property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

We work to keep Syruby available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, you indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms.

We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be waived or excluded by agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Israel have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live, or of any right you have to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
