Refund Policy

Syruby orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payments, refunds and returns.

Refunds are handled under Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable mandatory consumer law. Where the law gives you a right to cancel a purchase or receive a refund, that right is preserved and is not limited by this policy. Syruby may also provide additional refunds at its discretion where legally permitted.

Request a refund through paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or contact our support team at support@syruby.com and we will help you with the request through Paddle.

Starting the 7-day free trial requires no payment method, and you are not charged unless you add one.

You can cancel at any time in Settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and there are no cancellation fees. Cancelling your subscription does not delete your workspace; deleting your account does.
